Yes! We require a minimum order quantity of 2 dozen (24 cookies) for all custom orders.  

Custom orders are specific to your customization needs and require a 2-dozen order. Custom orders can be placed year-round. 

Pre-sales are seasonally offered for major holidays and seasons and are only available for a limited-time. These are offered as sets that we curate for a special seasonal experience and do not require a minimum order quantity. 

We require all custom orders to be placed at least 2 weeks prior to the date that you need them by for orders of 60 cookies or less. If you are placing a large order (60+ cookies), please place your order 6 weeks in advance of when you need them by. We will consider orders needed in less time on a case by case basis depending on our availability.  

If you know you'd like to order custom cookies, please place your order as far in advance as possible! This allows us to reserve your dates and plan for your order accordingly. 

If you need to cancel your order for any reason 2 weeks prior to the date you need your cookies by, you will receive a 50% refund (your deposit). All refunds will be returned to you in the same form of payment you paid in. 

If you cancel your order less than 2 weeks prior to the date you need your cookies by, you will not receive a refund. 

We are not responsible for any broken or damaged cookies once they have left our house after pick-up. No refunds will be given in these scenarios. 

All of our cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed. They can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks if left unopened in their heat-sealed packaging on the counter and away from heat.  

To keep your cookies fresher for a longer period of time, you can place them in a freezer bag in the freezer for up to 5 months. Once you're ready to eat them, take them out and thaw completely on the counter prior to eating. 

All of our custom cookie orders must be picked up from our home in Vista (North County San Diego). The exact address will be shared with you via email upon confirmation of your order and we will work to arrange a date and time that works best for you. 

We currently accept payment via cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
